Error Update finished, result -16 (ZIP header too long)

My goal is to use the OTA for an ESP8266.

I’ve licensed the device and the ota service start. It download the zip file but always finish with this error:
Update finished, result -16 (ZIP header too long)

Can you give me hint about what it is ? I’m unable to find any reference anywhere to it.

Have you verified the zip file can be flashed manually? My first thought it maybe it’s a bad build

I fail to grasp the meaning of the word “licensed” here.
That ZIP looks broken
