SMT32 H743ZI - baremetal: with CUBE-IDE working - with "make" no function

When I try to start nucleo-h743zi-baremetal there is no output on ACM0 and ETH doesn’t work either.
It works fine with the CUBE IDE (nucleo-h743zi-cube-baremetal) - it doesn’t work with (nucleo-h743zi-baremetal) and “make”.
A test GPIO LD3-blink output works. But no ETH and no ACM0.

What can be the cause?
