SD card file to my computer(as remote server) using HTTP

If you are asking a question, please follow this template:

  1. My goal is:I have some data save in sd card.I want to send that file to my pc or we can say to remote server via http.
  2. My actions are: I have done some code but that code is wrong.
  3. The result I see is: [show the result - log, etc]
  4. My expectation & question is: If anyone have sample code which will send file to server then it is easy for me to do.
