Thingsboard server connecting

If you are asking a question, please follow this template:

  1. My goal is: connecting ESP32 to thingsboard
  2. My actions are: i have configure mqtt server,user,client_id and enable=true
  3. The result I see is: device is not connecting to server
  4. My expectation & question is:how to config the device to connect to thingsboard

Leave the client_id blank and put the authentication code into the user, this works for me with thingsboard.
