Mongoose os cannot start on windows 10

Hi All,

i try to install mongoose os on windows 10.
error:

c:\mos>mos --start-webview=false
Error: listen tcp 127.0.0.1:1992: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
/go/src/github.com/mongoose-os/mos/mos/ui.go:348:
/go/src/github.com/mongoose-os/mos/mos/main.go:196: ui failed

please help me
